Customization availability depends on the individual fixture, but may include:

  • Color temperature for selected integrated LED designs

How the Custom Process Works

1. Share Your Project

Send us the product link, required dimensions, preferred finish, ceiling height, quantity, and any relevant photographs, drawings, or inspiration images.

2. Review and Confirmation

Our team will review your request with the appropriate production partner. We will confirm available options, specifications, pricing, and estimated production requirements.

3. Approve the Details

Before production begins, you will receive the confirmed specifications for review. Please check all dimensions, finishes, quantities, and installation requirements carefully.

4. Production and Delivery

Production begins after the specifications and payment have been confirmed. Estimated shipping time is approximately 35 business days after order processing and production.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, customs clearance, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Important Information About Custom Orders

Custom, bespoke, and personalized fixtures are produced according to approved specifications and are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.

If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed specifications, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and fixture.
